Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to services booked or purchased from ABHI WEB STUDIO.

2. Consultations

Booking deposits for consultations are fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

3. Project Engagements

• If you cancel before work begins, you receive a full refund minus payment-processing fees.
• Once work has started, you are billed for work completed to date; remaining balance is refunded.
• Milestone payments already delivered are non-refundable.

4. Subscriptions & Retainers

You may cancel any time. The current billing cycle is non-refundable; access continues until the cycle ends.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
