Final deliverables transfer to you upon full payment. Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain ours.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely feedback.
- Hold rights to assets you supply (logos, copy, images).
- Maintain backups of delivered work.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate any law.
